I have been gambling on the internet or at land based gambling halls for a lot of years. I have been taught, the fixation is able to acquire a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up until you are bankrupt. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have been through uncounted hundreds of dollars in a very tiny period of time and still on occasion, I still go a bit too long. It seems you are only having a blast until you choose to consider your loss and the guilt sets in, and of course you continue telling yourself "I can likely earn it back" at length. It doesn’t work. Then you get queasy in your gut and the harder you try the faster you relinquish.
When you discover that you are up, STAY Ahead! When you begin to lose, don’t tell yourself, "well only maybe one more" over and over again, trust me, this technique almost never ever functions. Say you are gambling on slot machine games, keep a value separate prior to beginning your action. DO NOT go over this restriction, no matter how appealing. If you happen to succeed, put the winnings in a different cup. Don’t spend your profits at any cost. After you have gambled through your initial set cutoff, stop. Leave, whether it’s on the internet or at a land based gambling den, don’t stick around. At all times keep in mind, there no doubt will be another day, other times. Obviously, this process can work for any casino game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other casino game.
Keep in mind, betting should be delightful not demanding, appalling work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you cannot afford the losses, do not even begin.
