Do Not Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy a cocktail occasionally, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all cash, credit cards and checks back at the hotel. Pack only the cash you expect to spend on refreshments, tips and whatever pocket change you expect to squander and keep the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could have a win following a drunken evening out with your comrades and be lucky enough to hit a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps game. Hang on to that account seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you always consume alcohol and bet. The two simply do not go well together.

Leaving your moola out of the casino is a tiny bit drastic, but precautionary measures for excessive behavior is required. If you gamble to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and play. If you can afford to be wasteful with your money nary a concern, then drink all the complimentary beer you can handle, but don’t carry plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your inebriated head loses all the cash!

Let me to carry this a single step further. do not drink and then hop on the net to bet in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the comfort of my condominium, but seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.

How come? Despite the fact that I don’t drink to excess, when I drink, it is definitely adequate to befuddle my common sense. I gamble, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager when you do. When mixed, both create an awful, and expensive, drink.
